Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00-17:00 (The venues will be maintained after 17:00)
Wednesday: Not available due to maintenance - Weekends and National Holidays: available to courses and workshops only
- During the semester:
- Venue Booking (Any booking without following the procedures will not be accepted)
- Check the map of the venue (Click here) and read the principles for using the venue
- Fill out a venue application form (Click here) Read the instructions in the application form and check the availability of the venue.
- Add the official Line account of the College (Click here) as indicated in the application form and send the name of the applicant; please refer to the instructions in the following pictures:

- Please book the venue at least one week prior to the date of use; the venue cannot be booked until 2 months prior to the date of use.
- In order to ensure fair use of resources, long-term lending will not be accepted.
- You may contact the administrator for any questions regarding the use of the venues via official Line account of the College (Click here) (Responses may not be instantaneous).
- Keep the venue clean and recycle, organize, and replace the tables and chairs before you leave and make sure to lock the door behind you
- Operate the video, audio and projection equipment, the air conditioners and the lights according to the “Manuals” (Click here)
